The walkthrough

A day of outreach, in your pocket.

Follow along in the order a new user would: set up your team, load your book, work your first lead, then stay on top of it. These are the real screens, with a quick note on how to use each one.

01Add your team

Start by adding your team.

Invite your reps and teammates from the Team tab. Each person gets their own invite and a role: Member, Editor or Admin. Everyone shows up in one list with their role.

HowWorkspace owners: tap Team, then ··· and Add team member. Enter a name and work email, pick a role and tap Send Invite. Your email app opens with their invite code. They sign in with that same email and tap Enter Invite Code.
02Upload your prospects and partners

Upload your prospects and partners.

Bring your whole list in with one CSV. Download the template, fill it in with Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets, and upload it. You see how many records are ready before anything is imported.

HowTap Team, then ··· and Upload CSV. Give each row a Status, such as Focus, Friend Zone or Partner, and it lands in the right list. Up to 500 records at a time.
03Business card to follow-up

Scan a card. Skip the typing.

Capture a new business from its business card. The scanner reads the card and offers each field for review, so adding someone takes seconds.

HowTap ··· on Businesses, then Capture business. Choose Scan, tap Scan card, point your camera at the card and tap Done. Review it, then tap Save business + contact.
04Business card to follow-up

Let Google fill in the gaps.

Capture suggests matching businesses from Google. Pick one and it shows what Google has next to what you have. Empty fields are ticked for you, your existing values stay put unless you choose them, and nothing saves until you tap Apply.

HowPick a match under Google business matches in Capture, or open any business and tap Find business info.
05Business card to follow-up

Tap an icon. It’s logged.

Your new business is in the list with five QuickConnect icons. Tap one and the call, text or email opens, and the touch is logged for you. The days since your last touch start counting from zero.

HowPhone, message and envelope open a call, text or email. The pin logs a visit and the people icon logs a social touch. A channel you’ve used turns orange.
06Your daily rhythm

Start with your week.

Open the Dashboard and your week is already laid out: rings for calls, texts, emails, visits and follow-ups, your sales-cycle totals, leadership’s priorities, and a Today list of what needs you.

HowTap Dashboard. Switch between My activity and Team at the top.
07Your daily rhythm

Know who’s gone quiet.

Each row shows the days since your last touch, with a bar that fills as the gap grows. Up to 7 days is fresh, 8 to 14 is aging, and 15 or more is cold.

HowTap the filter button on Businesses and choose Coldest first. The Dashboard’s Today list shows what’s going cold, too.
08Your daily rhythm

Line up the day’s stops.

Add businesses to My Route and TCL Outreach puts them in the best order, suggests nearby Focus businesses worth adding, and hands the route to Apple Maps, Google Maps or a texted list.

HowOpen a business and tap Add to My Route, then tap My Route on the Businesses screen.
09Stay on top of partner relations

Keep partners close.

Switch the list to Partners to see the months left on every contract and who’s due a Quarterly Strategy Meeting. The Dashboard’s Today list calls out renewals inside six months and QSMs coming due, and each partner record keeps its contract dates.

HowTap the filter button and choose Partners. To set a partner up, open the business, turn on Partner, then add its Print Contract dates.

The best follow-up is the one you didn't have to remember.

Try it yourself

Go ahead. Tap things.

Three pieces of the app, rebuilt right here with sample data. Nothing you do on this page is saved.

Activity pulse

Hit the goal, the ring turns orange.

Every call, text, email, visit, follow-up and social touch moves a ring toward its weekly goal. Tap the plus buttons to log some activity.
